LogMeIn Pro Excellent Price

logmeinLogMeIn is one of the best remote access applications out there and right now they are offering a one year subscription of the Pro version for a phenominal price of $34.99, that’s $35 off the regular price for a yearly subscription.  This program is essential if you work with a real estate virtual assistant who needs access to your computer to complete tasks for you.

My goal is to alleviate my clients from having to do as much as possible when they begin to work with me.  That includes them having to worry about sending me files, information, contact details, sample letters and flyers, etc.  LogMeIn has allowed me to immediately jump in and get to work with a new client without them having to do anything on their end to get me started.  We set the program up and they decide which files and folders I need access to and I am off and running.

In addition to accessing the files and folders that I need to move forward without waiting for my client  I can also organize and digitize everything on the clients computer, if this is something they need help with.  An organized computer is something we all would love to have, but often we don’t have time to spend getting this done.  How many real estate professionals actually close a transaction and are able to take every file, document, email and picture related to that single transaction, zip it up and archive it away, not many.

There are tons of ways to use this archived information for future marketing, as long as it’s all neatly put away and organized, which, most times, it’s not.  The agent can do the obvious and pull all HUD forms at the end of the year and send them to the clients along with a letter. They can take all the pictures or virtual tours from their listings and drop them on a CD or DVD, put a branded label on it and if they choose, also add the important signed documents from the transaction and send to the new buyers, if they choose this method of marketing.  Most often the new home owner never hears from their agent again once the sale closes, this is a perfect opportunity to sell this home again in the future or pick up referral business.  Okay, getting way off topic here, this is for another day.

Free Listing Tool From Realtor.com

I tried this new real estate listing marketing tool on some of my real estate clients listings and was quite impressed.  It only took about a minuteREALTOR.com® Tool to create a really cool web flyer, postcard and property site for each listing.  It’s a three step process and you’re done. Select your real estate MLS and then input your MLS login user name and all of your active listings pop up.  At that point you select the listing that you want to work with and your basically done.  The next screen provides you with a shortened link to your mobile optimized property website which can be used in many different ways to market the property.  You can email the link, add it to marketing material, put it on flyers and brochures, the possibilities are endless.  You are also given a QR code with the embed code and Printed T-Shirts in Cheltenham, a property listing flyer in PDF format and a printable postcard.

Of course, there are tons of additional ways to use this information and data for creatively marketing these property listings online if you are an “out of the box” thinker.  Another great feature is the statistics link, once you put that property listing link out there you can go back and see where your marketing was most effective by checking the statistics.  I haven’t used the statistics feature yet and I will most likely add my own statistics analyzer to these links for more detailed information.  The great thing about this tool is that you can create marketing collateral for your home sellers property within minutes of the listing going live in the MLS, well maybe not minutes, but within minutes of it going live on Realtor.com.  At that point the marketing possibilities are limited by your own creativity.  I have already come up with five different ways to use the realtor.com mobile marketing tool to market my clients property listings, in addition to what they give you.

Have you used this free real estate marketing tool yet?  What other free tools do you use to market your home sellers property listings online for maximum exposure?  I always get excited when I see a blog post title with something in it like “New Free Real Estate Tools”  I excitedly click over to read the article only to find that it’s something that  I already knew about and tried out.  I guess that’s a good thing because it means that I am always ahead of the real estate technology game, which I definitely am.

I’m at my first real estate convention here in Atlantic City, Triple Play 2007, this week and I have to say “I’m loving it”. The information that I’m coming away with everyday and the knowledge, is priceless. There are so many vendors here that I never knew existed, it’s just amazing. One vendor that really caught my attention is “The Wise Agent“. This program looks like the REALTORS® dream in contact management, marketing and organization all in one, kind of like a “simple” TP7i. From what I saw in the demo, this program does everything TP7i can do, but in a much easier to understand way and without the contract commitment. This program seems to be extremely virtual assistant friendly, which means the virtual assistant can set it up and implement it with very little effort on the agents part. I’ll be checking the program out in the next day or so and will be back to report my findings. Looks like a complete real estate business management system from what I’ve seen so far.
