The information that I’m coming away with everyday and the knowledge, is priceless. There are so many vendors here that I never knew existed, it’s just amazing. One vendor that really caught my attention is “The Wise Agent“. This program looks like the REALTORS® dream in contact management, marketing and organization all in one, kind of like a “simple” TP7i. From what I saw in the demo, this program does everything TP7i can do, but in a much easier to understand way and without the contract commitment. This program seems to be extremely virtual assistant friendly, which means the virtual assistant can set it up and implement it with very little effort on the agents part. I’ll be checking the program out in the next day or so and will be back to report my findings. Looks like a complete real estate business management system from what I’ve seen so far.

I attended a training yesterday on a super user friendly Real Estate contact management program called Agent 360. We all know that there are many agents that aren’t very “tech” savy, this is the program for them. Not to be confused with 360 Agent, this is a completely different program all together. In my opinion this program is in between Outlook and Top Producer, it’s a middle of the road type contact management program. Statistics show that only 20% of the features are used on the big, flashy CRM’s which boils down to an agent wasting 80% of the cost of the program. Agent 360 is powerful enough to do the job for the average Real Estate Agent. There is an unlimited amount of contact’s that it can store, creating as many Action Plans taylored to their needs as they would like, unlimted catagory creation, drip campaigns, mail merge, calendaring, follow-up reminders – all while having Holo-Docs as an extention of the program. The capabilities for this program to be used by a Real Estate Assistant are endless, that’s why I purchased a subscription. Having the ability to manage all my clients tasks within my own CRM program is a must. The cost when you sign for a subscription is $49.99 per month, but with the promo that I got it was $29.99 per month for a year, compare that to the “big guys” and it’s a bargain. Stay tuned for a follow up once I get settled into the program and I’m able to explain full features. If anyone has experience with Agent 360 please post a comment.
